A President of the College who leaves after serving the College a minimum of 10 years may be considered for the title, President Emeritus, based upon the recommendation of a majority of the members of the Board of Trustees.
The privileges of the President Emeritus status will be as follows:
- The President Emeritus will be granted a tuition waiver for credit and non-credit classes as is consistent with other waivers as identified in the Policy Manual of the Board of Trustees,
- The President Emeritus will receive Richland Community College business cards indicating the President Emeritus status, and
- The President Emeritus will remain on the College mailing list and be invited to College functions and activities.
